These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into between us and the client (“Client”) who engages the Consultant for the purchase of products. By hiring the Consultant, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Services<\/strong>
We will provide the sale of products to the Client as separately agreed. We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the services in a professional and timely manner and in accordance with industry standards.<\/p>\n

Fees and Payment<\/strong>
The Client agrees to pay the Consultant the fees and expenses specified in the consulting agreement. We will invoice the Client for the fees and expenses related to the product. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.<\/p>\n

Confidentiality<\/strong>
We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information received from the Client and to use such information solely for the purpose of providing the authentic products. We will not disclose any confidential information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Client.<\/p>\n

Intellectual Property<\/strong>
Any intellectual property developed by us in relation to the products will belong to the Client. The Client will have the right to use, reproduce, and modify such intellectual property for their own business purposes.<\/p>\n

Limitation of Liability<\/strong>
We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the products, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Consultant’s total liability under this Agreement will be limited to the fees paid by the Client for the consulting services.<\/p>\n

Termination<\/strong>
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client will pay the Consultant for all products provided prior to the effective date of termination.<\/p>\n

Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong>
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
